This year Easter was a pretty laid back one, but luckily no one was sick and we were able to do our celebrating! Saturday afternoon we colored Easter eggs. This year we didn't use the dunk and dye method. We bought a sponge paint kit, our little artists enjoyed it a bit more I think and they were the prettiest eggs I think we've done. They awoke on Sunday to their baskets of goodies which they were more than excited to wake up and check out (awoke earlier than usual, about 6:15 AM) My dad came down to go to church with us and stayed for dinner which was nice. Just a laid back Easter so nice not to have to run all over town. 
Of course we snuck a family nap in too so it was a perfect Holiday!
In their Easter finest getting ready to go to Church. Natalie was just not herself the past few days and this day was no exception. Luckily once she got to church and saw her little friends all was right again.
Still not getting any smiles from these girls, but Ethan is always good to strike a pose for the camera - even if he is busy trying to do yo-yo tricks.

You know who Elena looks like in her Easter dress...you when we were in Kim's wedding! The dress reminded me so much of that! Looks like you had a great Easter. It's so much more fun with kids. They look way too cute all dressed up.. We did the egg coloring on Wednesday night before Easter did 2 dozen of them and gave a dozen to my grandparents since we were leaving and then ended up tossing the rest but the kids had a blast doing them.
They all look so cute in there outfits even without the smiles. I'll get around to posting about Easter sooner or later on my blog. right now I'm getting caught up on reading blogs I missed while gone.
OHHHHHHHHH while we were gone we stopped at a walmart and they had the easter bunny there so I was able to get the kids to see the Easter Bunny.. Now i just have to figure out how to get photos off my camera phone and get them online(only had it for two weeks and don't know what I'm doing with it LOL)
