Something to Celebrate!!

Natalie has been potty trained since last June, but she wasn't quite ready to do the night training and I never was really in a hurry to mess with it. She did such a great job during the day. So a few weeks back I was noticing her waking up dry day after day so I asked her what we said when we stopped using diapers. She piped right in with "bye, bye diapers!" When we moved to just at bedtime, we just used pull-ups so she says with a huge grin I can say "bye-bye pull-ups!!" So I waited another week and she continued to stay dry so I got brave, put her old sheets on the bed with the mat underneath and prayed for no wet beds. SHE GOT IT!! She is a big girl now. And she even gets up at night, goes to the bathroom and back to bed. I LOVE IT!! So after 8 1/2 years I can officially say GOODBYE DIAPERS! I surely won't miss you!!!

Oh, I am SO jealous! I have another 2 years of diapers at least. Joshua and Ava are in them right now. I will be so happy when he finally gets the hang of it!We're proud of you, Natalie!

8 1/2 years...wow! I was hoping to potty train Addison at 6 months. What do you think? I know, keep dreaming. Hope to see you next week!

Yay! Go Natalie! No more diapers is definately reason to celebrate. I used to think that day would be sad, but now I can't wait! :p
