It seems Mr. Flamingo didn't come alone, he brought a whole flock with him!! They decided to take up residency in our yard for the day.(see Natalie in the door checking out what is going on)

Oh did the kids get a kick out of this. Ethan crawled into my bed and said "mom, there are a bunch of pink birds in our yard" They were constantly staring out the windows until I let them go outside and once outside they had to rearrange some of them because they were lonely. They needed to be by their friends :)For those of you who don't understand why we have a yard full of flamingos. It is a fund raiser for the youth group at our church. Norwalk Alliance.
You can buy Flamingo insurance to protect your yard from being hit. or risk your yard being covered in birds for a day and you have to pay a qualified flamigo remover to come and get the birds. I didn't buy the insurance, thought it would be funny. Plus the youth will earn more money if you don't. Anyways, it was fun THANKS KIM!!!! - yes you have been ratted out ;)
